Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Canini. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of receipt.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged (unless the item is defective).
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service by email to obtain a return authorization number.
- Carefully pack the items in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation in the package.
- Send your package to the address provided by our customer service.
Once we receive your return, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as soon as possible, in accordance with our return policy. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
