Warranty duration
We offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects exclusively. This warranty begins from the date of purchase, as indicated on your invoice.
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects (faulty welds, non-functional clasps, etc.).
- Problems occurring despite normal and proper use.
What the warranty does not include
- Damage resulting from improper use, such as:
- Breakage due to a fall or shock.
- Oxidation or tarnishing due to exposure to water, chemicals or cosmetics.
- Signs of normal wear and tear (scratches, loss of shine, etc.).
- Any modification or repair carried out by an unauthorized third party.
How to make a complaint?
- Contact our customer service at contact@canini.fr providing:
- A detailed description of the problem.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Clear photos of the jewelry and the defect noted.
- Once your request is approved, we will inform you of the steps to follow for the return and evaluation of the jewelry.
Options after evaluation
- If the defect is confirmed, we will either repair or replace it at no extra cost.
- If the problem is not covered by warranty, we may be able to offer a repair for a fee.
