Warranty duration

We offer a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects exclusively. This warranty begins from the date of purchase, as indicated on your invoice.

What the warranty covers

  • Manufacturing defects (faulty welds, non-functional clasps, etc.).
  • Problems occurring despite normal and proper use.

What the warranty does not include

  • Damage resulting from improper use, such as:
    • Breakage due to a fall or shock.
    • Oxidation or tarnishing due to exposure to water, chemicals or cosmetics.
  • Signs of normal wear and tear (scratches, loss of shine, etc.).
  • Any modification or repair carried out by an unauthorized third party.

How to make a complaint?

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@canini.fr providing:
    • A detailed description of the problem.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
    • Clear photos of the jewelry and the defect noted.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will inform you of the steps to follow for the return and evaluation of the jewelry.

Options after evaluation

  • If the defect is confirmed, we will either repair or replace it at no extra cost.
  • If the problem is not covered by warranty, we may be able to offer a repair for a fee.
